Keynote speakers will include Charles Haynes Senior Scholar at the First Amendment Center, and Melissa Rogers, who was appointed in 2009 by President Barack Obama to serve as chair of his inaugural Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.
