Morghan is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and in conjunction with her Jewish Studies certificate, she is a Political Science and Arabic double major. While on campus, Morghan was involved with Israel politics and with the Freeman Center. Jewish Studies at Duke was a pivotal center for her academic development and inquiries, as she explored different elements of Jewish theology and philosophy, as well as interfaith studies with Christian and Muslim teachers. Jewish Studies at Duke allowed her to bring her studies to life with support as she studied abroad in Jerusalem. She will always appreciate how open and welcoming the Duke Jewish Studies was to all questions and discussions. After graduation, Morghan will be working on North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein's campaign.
